The Kittens Turn 2 Weeks Old Today...

Here are the kittens 2 weeks after they arrived. They are getting so big. Their eyes are all now open, they are TRYING to walk around...so funny to watch since they haven't quite gotten there land legs yet. They are now in a box, thankfully, and Mom is still really protective. It has been a lot of fun picking the small things up and cuddling with them. Soon they will be out the door living with new families. It will be sad, yet great knowing that they will be loved and in a better place.

Ember's Awards...

I am so proud of Ember. Her school had a readathon through the months of January and Febuaray, they had to read like crazy and then document the minutes and the books. She received one of these certificates for being the top reader in the 5th grade! The other she was in the top 5 for grades 4th-6th. I am very proud and love her passion for reading. I wish I could read like she can. I love you Ember...good work!

A Spring-like Day...

Here are some pictures I took of the girls one of the days it was in the 50's. Since it was so windy I brought out the bubble blower and they had a blast!

I can't believe a week has already past...they are getting big and fat!
