Ashlynn's 5th Birthday Cake...

March 25th, 2011

Every year I try and make cakes for my girls. This is the one I made for Ashlynn this year. She picked out a princess castle cake pan and I got to work. I love how it turned out and most importantly Ashlynn loved it!

Herriman City Rec Center Ribbon Cutting...

Ashlynn with her favorite News man right behind her...Big Budda!

The new pool!

Just about to cut the ribbon.

Cutting the ribbon.

March 18, 2011

It was such a great experience to go and watch them cut the ribbon for the new rec center we have here. Donovan and I have really wanted to get involved in our city so this was my opportunity to support our little community. It is such an amazing facility. The girls love it and want to swim every day. We have had a couple colds as of late and the rule is if there is coughing or runny nose you don't swim. So sadly we haven't been in a couple weeks. I am excited to get back and enjoy the water and the joy this place brings to my kids.

Dance Picture Day for Kenz and Ember...

March 21st, 2011

This is one day that I really wished that I could have cloned myself and been in two places at once. The older girls had a photo shoot at their dance studio and Ashlynn had to be at Morgan's party (at the same time)! Donovan was such a sweetheart coming home early and taking his little princess out to a birthday party so I could get the older ones all glammed up. He truly was my knight in shining armor that day!

Morgan's 5th Birthday...

March 21st, 2011

My little princess was invited to one of her good friend Morgan's 5th Birthday party. We had a lot of fun dressing up like Princess Repunzel from Tangled. She was able to get her hair done, make-up on and fingers and toes painted. She loved it and had a blast at the party!

Ember's SLCC Competition...

March 19th, 2011

This was Ember's first competition of the season. They competed at Salt Lake Community College. They did really well for their first competition. This one and the last one they will do are always my favorites, because the first you find out what they need to improve on and where they rank with other teams. The last is how far they have come, improved and grown since the first. I can already see that they have improved so much over the last couple competitions already. We have 3 down...2 more to go.

St. Patty's Day...

March 17th, 2011

Thought since the older girls were at school I would treat Ash to a green breakfast. She was really excited to see that her milk, eggs and waffles were all green. She is one smart little girl. I told her that a leprechaun got into everything and changed it. She looked and me and said, "No Mommy, you changed it with our green food coloring." I couldn't fool her. We had a fun time have our morning breakfast together.
